Refund & Cancellation Policy

SD Certified Cars India LLP provides inspection and listing facilitation services only. Fees collected relate to inspection, certification, platform usage, and promotion services.

1. Inspection Fees

Once an inspection is completed, inspection fees are strictly non-refundable.

If a user cancels before inspection scheduling, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of SD Certified Cars India LLP after deducting administrative costs.

2. Listing & Promotion Fees

Listing or advertisement-related charges are non-refundable once the listing goes live.

No refund shall be provided if the vehicle does not sell, receives limited buyer interest, or the seller withdraws from the sale.

3. Platform Usage

SD Certified Cars India LLP does not guarantee sale price, buyer availability, or transaction completion.
